Hi everybody,
when I press the button "Order the Book" in BookSmart the Internet Connection could not be estabilished…but I’m sure my network connection is active!!
Please, someone can help me??
Hello kikka;
Review your Firewall settings!
You need to "Permit" BookSmart to make outgoing data connections within any Firewall you are using…
That’s normally the cause of the problem…
