Printing Problems

Iam trying to print my new book, my second one, and can’t send it to the printer.  When I click on Print, the Progress box comes up and disappears almost instantly.  The printing options box does not show up at all.  My first book printed fine to the printer and to a PDF file, so I’m wondering if some setting in this book is different.  I made the second book by just copying the first book and then changing the photos and page layouts.
