Locked Blurb team has SLOW response time!

I emailed support on August 1st, and waited days before getting a response. I have told them twice I am on a Mac, and they keep giving me instructions for a PC. I have to wait 2-3 days for a response from each email! I am on day 8, and still have not figured out how to save my book! Anyone else frustrated with support response time?

How to save your book;

 On the main toolbar, select File>Save

 A pop up will inform you that the program ‘auto saves’.

Or, export your book to your documents file. 

 So far, that is all I have found using my Mac.

 

Still waiting for a response to my question.

same here. My order did arrive with quality issues and I am waiting for an answer from the support team for 6 days now. extremely frustrating.
