Someone Else's Content in My cover a week before ChristmasThis is the first time I have used Blurb and I don’t think I will again. I just recieved the order that I placed on the 6th of December for 5 of the same book. I also paid the additional shipping to do it in a two-day air. Not only did they arrive late, but they are not the books I ordered. They printed my front and back covers fine; however in three of the five books printed someone else’s content. Now I am one week from Chirstmas without the Christmas presents I was supposed to have. Also, the quality on the softcover books is very disappointing and I cannot find a customer service number to save my life. I paid nearly $100 for five small and incorrect books and cannot even contact them to discuss it. Anyone have a phone number or any advice? Regards, Leah
