BookSmart

Deciding whether to try Booksmart or not.....

I’ve decided against  downloading and using booksmart anytime soon because quite frankly I don’t think I’ve ever seen so many different problems in an FAQ before.

Booksmart and the Blurb webpages look great from the outside and I’d love to use it, but is it really worth what looks like a great deal of aggravation?

 Somebody convince me.

I have done 6 books with Booksmart (with another on the way) and am completely satisfied! I had a problem on one book, and had it resolved with a new book in my hands within a week.  If you are unsure, do a book with only about 20 pages just to get the feel. You won’t be out much and you will see for yourself. If you have watched the bookstore, tons of books were published "just in time" for the holidays, so of course there has been recent frustrations with delays, but think of the numerous satisfied customers that are not posting. The unhappy always speak the loudest. Happy bookmaking.                     -Diane

Thanks,

I believe I will give it a shot after an upcoming computer upgrade.
