You might want to try the method I use – printing directly to a 3rd party PDF creator. I use pdfFactory and it installs a driver that enables me to choose it when I print the book. Works great and it enables me to share a preview copy of the book with my clients before I upload it to Blurb for publishing. Hope this helps!
I think he is referring to the preview that you see on the Edit Book Detail page. Right now I am seeing the same thing but is says “preview is being generated”.
I too just uploaded a book and cannot get the preview option to turn on and see the same ‘preview being generated’ message. As it’s the weekend, maybe something hickuped in the software and they’ll get it fixed in the morning…..i hope.
