BookSmart

mac can't download

The message says "An internet connection could not be established at this time.  Please ensure your network connection is active and try again."  I have fire fox connected, so I’m online.  I’ve turned off Nortion AntiVirus and Norton Personal Firewall.  I’ve checked all of the adjustments on my book design from image size to font size and still no download.  I’ve been in touch with the help people at booksmart and I’m getting frustrated.  Any suggestions?

I have also had the exact same problem. I’ve been trying to get email support but I keep getting the same email “check the FAQs for tips”. I have been trying to get help for 4 days now and I’ve pretty much lost my patience. This is getting ridiculous. Forget email support…....please will someone just call me so I can finally get my order put it. It’s like you don’t even want my business.

Don’t bother with suggestions…..GIVE ME ANSWERS!
