Books falling apart
some of my books seem to be stich bound and others are not , so i now have three which have fallen apart, i have sent many messages to peolple at blurb , only to be re directeted or ignored.

Hi Peter As my colleague Jeremy has mentioned, please check your spam/bulk mail folder. We’ve sent several replies to your inquiries and haven’t heard back, so my guess is our replies are getting caught by an overzealous spam filter. thanks jeremy i see you guys are proccessing me some more books thanks so much , do you know if they are stich bound as some are and some are not, and like i said before the books with out stiching fall apart, i have also placed anither myself for more books. thanks for your respose. pete

hello again i have checked email and junk mail and can not see any emails from you guys , i’m not sure what happened to them, i have recived an email from micheal [in customer service] and my order confirmation emails but that is all. thaks for getting back to me, now i can get on wiyh ordering more books. regards pete

hi have just checked my email and i think my junk mail gets auto deleted, i have changed setup to not delete emails in junk, so if you want to send them again thats fine. thanyou again
