I had a lot of trouble uploading my book, and that was months ago – it took hours and hours and many tries before it worked. I had hoped whatever the trouble was, it had been fixed by now. I also experienced weird shipping hassles months ago – they sent me a book that was meant to go to someone else – it was a wedding album of people I didn’t know from Adam. So I had to mail that back and ask where is my own book you are supposed to have sent? So then it tooks weeks to get my own book sent to me – it was very frustrating to get all that sorted out. I also assumed they had fixed whatever shipping troubles they were encountering – all this happened when the site was pretty new, but I see you just posted this, so apparently some of these problems are still happening. I am having the same problem, tried on PC’s and MAC’s and can’t order any books. Upload fails about 1/2 way through. Tried many times to fill out the customer support form only to have it come up with errors also…. can’t contact Blurb on the phone, can’t e-mail them, can’t use their on-line form….. where do we go from here???? We are a commercial operation and order many many books in the past with no problems. | |
