Why can't I upload my book?
My book never goes through the whole process of uploading via the booksmart before it says "out of sequence chunk".

Hi ezcheez07, Out-of-sequence chunk is usually a 1-time error that means some data got scrambled upon upload. Trying again usually corrects the issue, and it looks like this was true in your case as you were able to upload and order yesterday. Nice work and thanks for your patience! If anyone else out there gets that exact error message, trying again almost always does the trick. Cheers,

I am getting the same exact error message. I have tried again at least 15 times over the past couple of DAYS (this is getting a bit excessive) and every single time I get the same exact error message over and over and over. I know it’s not a problem with my internet connection, because I work at a digital agency. We upload files bigger then this every single day. A BIT frusterating.

Hi MelanieHunt, Please drop Customer Support a line, and they will help you upload your book. Please include a link to this thread so they don’t give you the same first answer that I did. Thanks for hanging in there—your effort will not be in vain!
