UPLOAD PROBLEM, VERY URGENT, PLS HELP!
Hi there, I use a Mac and I have been trying to upload my book several times in the last day and every time it would get almost to the end of the third stage and would stop at around 87.3MB (the whole book is 102MB) giving me the error message: “Book upload interrupted. Please check your internet connection and try that upload again”. There is no problem with my internet connection and the signal is strong all the time, so I don’t understand. I have looked in the forum for advice and tried to delete unused images, changed book name etc, but still no luck. I am now getting extremely desperate and frustrated as I wanted to enter the book in the photographybooknow competition and the deadline is only in one day, which is not plenty of time for customer support to come back to me and solve the problem (I have emailed them already anyway). I have read in some of the forums that somebody with a similar problem was given by customer support an alternative upload method through ftp, but I can’t find the topic again now…does anybody know about this? Also, I don’t understand what I should do about firewalls, my Mac seems to allow access to everything in the security settings, so I am not sure what I should try to change and where. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am just in a panic now..

I have already read all that and tried most of the things, but I still have the same upload problem. The only thing I don’t know how to change is the firewalls, I use Mac and it already seems set up to allow access to everything in the security settings so I don’t know how I should change that. Is it possible that it’s a bug in the software to stop the upload? It always seems to stop in the same place. I have no limit with uploads with my connection, so I really don’t understand (we uploaded 100mb the other day and it was no problem). I have emailed tech support team already, I hope they will get back to me soon as time is really running out to enter the competition now!
