Downloading problems
Hello: I have just begun my first group book with my family, and my mom sent a message saying that she has uploaded the pictures (she even received a confirmation mail) however I don’t see the pictures? Any help?

Howdy, You’ll want to hit the Get Photos button above your BookSmart working space and choose "My Contributors." You should then be able to access any contributed photos you have solicited. Hope that helps! Best regards,
