Problems with uploading
I’m having problems uploading the book. I’ve switched the firewall off and cleaned out the unnecessary photos. I still get the error message "hmm, Blurb is experiencing problem with uploading the book". ... is there a solution to this? ...

I think Blurb’s server was down for maintenance sometime over the week-end… try again… Lee

I have been having this problem for weeks, have a book ready to go, but cannot upload it. Numerous emails to Blurb back andforth. Anyone had this problem, and had it fixed ??

Hi snorks, Did you email them from a different address than the one you used to register with Blurb.com? I can’t find an incident associated with your registered email account. Please respond to Customer Support and ask them to escalate the ticket. This kind of problem is normally solved in hours, not weeks. Thank you for hanging in there,
