Export layout to pdf preview?

I’m using your service to design some wedding albums for a few clients who were on tight budgets and couldn’t afford to pay me for a GraphiStudio album.  Is there any way to export my book design to a low-res pdf file to send to them for comments, changes, etc?  Or would I have to design the book in InDesign, make the changes there, and then export my layouts as individual jpgs for each page to import into BookSmart?
