Book doesn't upload - "Unexpected end of file from server"The above message keeps coming up whenver I try to upload my book at the sign-in stage. Can anyone help? Ta, David

Howdy, Please try temporarily disabling any security software (such as Kaspersky, Norton, Zone Alarm) before trying to upload. If you still get that error message, please contact Customer Support. Thanks!

I fixed this problem by going into Kapersky Internet Security under the exclusions section. There I found booksmart exe and checked the 3 boxes that dealt with Booksmart activities, including network activity. Now everything is running smoothly and my book is being uploaded like the old days (before I was using Kapersky). Cheers. Rory |
