Insert multiple pages at once?
Is there a way to insert multiple pages at once? Didn’t see answer to this in Help.

Short answer = NO! The easiest way is simply to select any page format, highlight that page in the Page Navigator, and then just use Ctrl-Shift-D. Keep Ctrl-Shift on hold and just keep hitting D. That’s how I do it, and it really doesn’t take long to add as many pages in one go as you want… Cheers; Lee
