Hello Ky_Dutch, I just wanted to double check you were able to upload your book and it showed up on your Blurb My Books page. If you continue to experience difficulties, then I would suggest filling out a Customer Support Form and someone from Blurb will be in contact with you in one business day. Hope that helps. This just happened to me too. I have uploaded the book three times now, signed in and all of it and it says I don’t have a book yet. I wonder where it has been uploading to. | |

Two day ago I started to upload my book and about 1/3rd of the way it stopped going through. When I attempted to re-enter and continue my password would not type. Since then I have tried to change my password hoping to start over but that didn’t work either. How do I upload my book? Thanks Merry Beth Page | |

Just to update Blurb on my trials when uploading my book. After problems accessing my account because of not recognizing my password (which I resolved) the second attempt succeeded. I have been reading the forum postings and am hoping that the end product comes out successfully. It seems some customers are less than thrilled. I have my fingers crossed. Merry | |

Try going to the book store and in the search, type the title of your book to see if its in the system. m | |

I still haven’t been able to successfully upload my book. I received an apparently automated reply from Technical Support saying they were looking into it. I have done the classic things already, logged off and tried again (several times), downloaded the newest version of the software and tried again, not working so far. It will be a week since I first contacted Support, nothing yet. | |

Hello Lymania, After looking in to the matter, I was working on this issue and had sent a response. I would double check your junk mail folder and possibly your weblogin if you have one with your email provider for my original email and I will resend the email. Lymania, I had the same problem with two books. I have now located them on the hard drive/desktop icon. Go off line and look through the orange bookblurb icon. Your books are listed there, but when i go online it states that i do not have any books to date. Also, it freezes both ways and will not open my books online or off line…... Tech support, please advise….................... | |

Same problem….I have loaded three books with no issues. This last book isn’t available on the MyBook section. It was my first book I tried loading and my last (after three successful books). What gives? I don’t want to load the latest version because I will have to reformate every page. Any other solutions? | |
