Technical Glitch Already

I’ve been waiting for months for the 1.9 version of blurb, because the 1.8.1 wouldn’t open for me and was VERY slow.  My parents have been waiting for their wedding album forever!  I’ve only got about 3 pages done, and I get a "technical glitch" and it closes on me.  Now its taking forever to open…I’m still waiting for it open and its been over 10 minutes….I really liked the first wedding album that I did with blurb (the older version prior to 1.8), but I just can’t take it anymore.  Does anyone know of another website that will do the 13×10 picture books?
