BookSmart

bug in latest version ???

I downloaded the newest version of booksmart (OS).
It works fine,
but sincethen it became impossible to upload a new book.
I allready tried 10 times now
Everytime the connection gets interrupted.
the message says “… out of sequence chunk”
As I work all day long online in high speed connection I’m very sure there is nothing wrong with my internet.

Hi Piet!

There is a FAQ that may provide some help. You’ll find that here.

If that doesn’t help you need to contact Blurb to get help with this problem.  If you havem’t done that yet go to the Help menu above and select Customer Support, from there select the Contact Support tab, they will help you get your book uploaded.
