How to Change Opacity of picture(s)?

Hi, I would like to know how to change opacity of a picture. My purpose: Place a picture in full bleed, reduce opacity, and then put regular smaller pictures on top of it. I cant figure out a way to do it. If it has been discussed somewhere else, please post a link.

Thank you.

You can’t do this in the blurb software. You will need to change the opacity of the photo you want to use as a background in a photo editing program (i.e., Photoshop or Elements, etc), save it as a jpg and then import it into blurb.
