help! importing bookI can’t import to my home p.c because I renamed the file. (ithink this must be the problem) I didn’t realise it became unable to be read by Tthe software if you renamed it. Is there any way around this? the files are there, just unable to be accessed, when I try to import them. It sends my an error saying it appears not to be a booksmart file. It is , I just made a hash of exporting it when I renamed it.

Hi anipani, I’m sorry to hear about this. Please contact us at customer support for assistance. Also, keep in mind that you should never modify your book files manually. Everything you need to do, from renaming a book to duplicating it to deleting it, should only be done from within BookSmart. Modifying your book files in any other way can cause problems, including corrupted or lost books.
