Problem with book cover during preview

I have recently uploaded book which i have prepared using Blurb’s Indesign template.

During preflight check, I am getting OK for everything. But when I click to preview my book, the book cover can not be shown, it shows question mark instead for front cover and back cover.

Would appreciate advice from blubarian whether i need to re-upload or something wrong with the file.

thanks Deane, i have tried to uploading again and still getting same issue, the preview does not come out right.

I am wondering whether the choice of image-wrap cover is causing this.

I have a soft cover and have the same problem. The official reply is that is a "bug", which they have had for a while. PDF to web is not rocket science; Blurb have decided to prioritize other things and this could be fixed if they chose to fix it, obviously.

Uploading again will mean a "new book" according to their rules. Perhaps this is another case of one getting what one pays for.

I just uploaded (large format landscape with dust cover) and in the preview it looks like the cover is too small – it only comes up to the top of the book – the rest is white. Same on the inside covers and the back. I’m just going to order and see what comes as I wanted to enter the photo contest and I doubt this will be resolved by noon tomorrow!
