PDF to Book

COVER CHANGES & COVER OPTIONS

I just spend 6 hours uploading a book, just to find that the cover is shifted over, even though it matches the specs laid out by blurb… I am very dissappointed that blurb does not have a customer service line.

 I am wondering if anyone knows how to change the cover without having to reload the content, as I would not like to spend another 6 hours uploading, plus does anyone know how to add seperate covers without having to reupload? I would like to offer imagewrap and softbound, but there is no options when I go to edit the book, and I can only select one option when uploading.

Are you seeing it glitched in the Blurb on-line "preview".  If so, there seems to be some difficulty with the way it shows up, but not the way it prints.  I don’t know if that’s your issue or not.

Go to Help and Customer Support and send an inquiry.

that was the issue, so say blurb help, im really disappointed there is no customer service number…

I’m genuinely curious deruise.  What could you learn from a customer service number that you didn’t learn via email?
