The InDesign file I downloaded from the site doesn’t seem to let me create a single page for the front/back cover and first page. Does anyone know how to fix this?
It is not entirely clear what you mean but there are separate files for covers (various formats depending on your book type choice) and separate file for pages. The first page is right, last left (as usual).
