Somehow rotated book title 90 degrees and can't get it back :(

I was making a 7×7 photobook and experimenting with the front cover (resizing photo, changing fonts, etc.).

By accident I now have my book title turned 90 degrees (i.e it reads from bottom to top and not left to right).

 I’ve tried to get it back but really couldn’t :(

 Can you help me?
