Copyright and Facebook

The new ability to produce a blurb book from Facebook raises an issue – can Blurb assure its members that anyone producing such a book has not infringed anyone else’s copyright by downloading images from their Fb page. I am a pro photographer and have stopped using FB to display my images because of FB’s own policy of reserving the right to use ANY material however they want to (including images, poetry, prose etc) – yes of course you can watermark your images but that shouldn’t be necessary..
