"out of sequence chunk" = failure to uploadhowdy, i’m attempting to upload my book for the competition, and without fail maybe a dozen times over the last six hours i’ve gotten the "out of sequence" chunk failure at various points throughout the upload process. any idea how i can remedy this? if it isn’t uploaded in time for the competition i’ll be pisssssssssed.

Hi Rob; This normally means that some data is scrambled along the way, but, I guess you’ve overcome this now??? If not, for a persistent failure like this, contact Blurb tech Support here... Lee |

I had this a couple of weeks ago using a laptop with a wireless connection. I moved my laptop into the same room as the signal, so I could get the highest quality connection and it went through fine. |

How did you overcome the problem? I have a line connection, not a wi fi. Blurb support recommended to change a computer or provider, but that shall not be the answer as the problem is not clarified at all. |
