Is there any way to have anything on your end page other than either the blurb logo or your own icon in that tiny box at the bottom center? It wont let me change the page template to anything other than the 1 "End Page".
Nope. You only can have that end page in the final page position. And if you want to remove the Blurb logo, it will cost you extra.
