Upgrading old photos...is it possible?

Now that I have discovered BookSmart, I set my digital camera so that all my photos are taken at the highest possible resolution. Unfortunately, before that I used a lower resolution so that I could easily send my pictures by email and I have hundreds and hundreds of photos that are 100 kb or even lower.

Of course this results in postage stamp size pictures in my books which are really unsatisfactory. Is there some method of making these jpegs useable in BookSmart in a larger size?

You can always print them larger by zooming in but this will not put detail into the photos that wasn’t there before.

Try a program called Genuine Fractals.  it works natively within Photoshop CS2 and CS3 and may well work on its own.  It ups the resolution of photos w/o too much degradation in quality.
