Page Layout Specs

Are specs available for 13×11 pages that indicate the x and y positions of the elements along with their size.  I’d like to do off-blub designs that conform with blub page layouts for a client on a different software product.  Knowing the size and positions of the elements on the various page designs in numerical terms would be helpful.

Was aware of the "measurements" being available.  I might print out the page templates and just measure them by hand to get the element positions for our design comps.

I still reiterate my desire for a page template with drag/drop image and text elements along with the ability to make either any size, including "put to front/back" options to overlap images and/or text as desired.
