Tips and Tricks

How can I copy/paste pages between books?

I have a couple of pages in a book that I want to copy to another book. I don’t want all the pages just 4 (but they have 9 pix and 9 captions each – so it would be nice if I could just copy them, rather than having to re-create each one.)

So I have copied the pages from book A to the clipboard, But when I close book A and open book B, it seems to flush the clipboard … and there is nothing left to paste.

Is there a trick to copying pages from one book to another?

Interesting that apparently it isn’t possible because i’ve been doing  it no hassles.  i guess the only difference is that instead of closing book A i just open book B and everything i’ve copied is still there on the clipboard.  Hope that helps. :)

Well I’ve just had another go and I can’t get it to work. A chunk of text works as you’d expect but I can see no way of copying a page. Can you go into more detail as to how you manage to do that?

I’d be interested to hear as well – coz I’ve never been able to achieve it !

If it was possible to run two sessions of BookSmart it might be do’able – but I’ve never achieved that either!

Cheers;
