JPGs come in all BLACK...sometimes
Not every time, but sometimes when I ‘Get Photos" they come in as all BLACK and when dragged into the book, they’re still all BLACK. What’s the deal. It only does it sometimes and I can’t figure out what is so different about those JPGs than all the other ones that work fine. Please help!

Check the color space on the black photos. It is probably CYMK instead of sRGB. Mike
