Problem when importing a .doc document to BookSmart

Hello!

First I change the settings in Word to match the settings given on the Help Page (Margins and document size) and then save the document and import it in BookSmart. I use Justified alignment in Word, which is what I will be using in BookSmart aswell.

The problem is som of the words dont fit in between the grayish lines, which i assume they must.  I made a printscreen from BookSmart to show the problem:

I am trying to order a book with about 150 pages and it is almost on every page. Please help!
