Why the book cost when ordered is more than the listed price?

I just noticed my 160 page book gets pricier and pricier to order.  For an 8×10 portrait, hard cover,  exactly 160 pages with dust jacket, (and no upgrades), costs me $66.18, whereas the listed price on the Blurb website under "Book Pricing" is $52.95. Why am I paying an extra $13.23? Thanks.

Nevermind, just answered my own question. Why on earth is there suddenly a $13 charge per book to not advertise the Blurb logo on my books? Geez, this is pricey. I can understand maybe, say a dollar, but 20% of the book cost so my book can look clean and professional and not confuse my clients. Good gawd, no wonder everybody is complaining. I had just been ignoring most of the issues, now realizing I’ve dropped a couple of hundred bucks of profits, Nice books, but this nonsense rubs me the wrong way. MM
