Manufacturing Error & Customer Service
I have my first book printed using Blurb 2 weeks ago and I am exteremly happy with it…. They did a great job. However, while I was flipping through the pages, I realized there were 3 manufacturing errors. I contacted customer service via CHAT and talked to Samie. She was exteremly helpful and solved my issue. Great Product & Great Customer Service….

this is more related to customer sevice, I really like all your products so far I have more than 4 yrs., with you company but I really appreciated you understand the Urgent matter and my sugestions is bout to find a way to expedited the Order that really Urgent , obvious with a price involve, right now I have a order is supouse to be delivery by may 14, but the freight line do not be delivery until the may 15 at 7 pm, event I been request by may 14th ??? this shipment arrive to my city since the may 12th, I request the express delivery and is going to pass 3 more days o 2 business day on order to received my book…. please if you can add the option next day delivery before 9:30 am it will help a lot, specially on the really Urgent Orders I belive all of us who really need we pay for that services !!!!! I hope you really put attention to this Great Suggetion, thank you for all yous support and I really appreciated all your service and quality products j best regards aco !!!

Manufacturing Error is not good for organization, If your product is increase day by day than your customer is not buying your products, So provide the right thing to your customer..
