Whats up with ebook conversion failures?
What is the story on this? I have a 12 by 12, 240 page book that I’m trying to convert to an ebook. I get "ebook conversion faile contact customer support". I contact customer support and they tell me there is a known problem with no estimate of when it will be fixed. This was over a week ago. My latest try to convert to an ebook says "ebook is still being generated" and it’s been like this for 24 hours. Yet, when I search the forums no one else seems to be having this problem. Very frustrating.

I am with you, I am waiting for my ebook to be generate, no clue on how long it will take, look like a fool to my fans, not knowing when it will be available. Hope can get answer, Diane

Had a couple failures and gave up. Plus, it looks like I’ll get barely half of the sales price for iBook sales, which is preposterous on a product with pretty much zero reproduction & distribution costs. Given that, not worth my time to troubleshoot their problem. Will happily sell the PDF from my own site and keep 100%.
