More time to cancel an order, please

Hi Blurb staff.
I’m never tired to say that I love your work. But I have a suggestion. You should think of extending the time to cancel an order.
Yeah, I know clients must pay attention and try to avoid errors, but you could make things more easier if you gave us more time to cancel.
This is a business, your business, but ours too.
