The Announce Function
I have not been able to find any detail on the operation of the "announce" function in the FAQs or the forums. I am specifically wondering if the email that is sent goes to all recipients in a way that exposes everyone’s address – which some people are sensitive about. Also, if the book remains "private" how do the invited access the order page? All help appreciated – thanks. FG

Hello, Fotoglobe. The Announce feature’s email is sent to each contact individually from the Blurb server, so multiple addresses are not exposed.
Also, if you’ve set your book to be "private" and then you Announce it, the Announce email will contain a special URL that allows your contact access to your private book through that URL only. Hope that helps, Allison
