AFTER ORDERING and paying can I get a good PDF of whole book incl cover

In addition to the hard copy books I am about to order, I also need a pdf of the entire book with cover and without watermarks to send arounf publicizing the book.

After I have ordered and paid can I get a pdf of the entire book? 

 Does anyone know if this is possible?

too bad—might be a good product to offer for a modest sum or upon payment in full for the books- lots of us would send around a pdf worldwide to publicize the book—- Actually I need this—otherwise I have no way to publicize the book!

in theory should be easy to convert our

final layout into a pdf with cover and w/o watermarks—you are already

sort of set up for it with your preview pdf.
