RIGHT COVER, BUT WRONG BOOK IN THE INSIDE.

I RECENTLY BOUGHT 4 BOOKS TO GIVE IT TO MY FRIENDS. TWO OF EACH BOOK. YESTERDAY THEY RETURN ME ONE OF THE BOOKS WITH THE COVER RIGHT, BUT THE CONTENT DOES NOT MACHT THE COVER. ITS ANOTHE BOOK. BLURB  PRINTED ME A DIFERENT COVER WITH A WRONG INSIDE. WHO AM I SUPPOSE TO RECLAIM FOR THIS MISTAKE THAT WAS PAID ALREADY AND DELIVERED.

Go to Search FAQs and you will see a heading of EMAIL SUPPORT on the RHS, under that you will see Order Support.

jmenez225, Blurb is a very legitmate company and will straighten out the mistake.  Don’t worry about it.  Follow Tony’s advice above and you’ll be OK.

 It’ always frustrating to have something go wrong, but it will get straightened out in the end.
