Book Design and Imaging

My Original Files are about 75 dpi...

I’ve not printed a book through Blurb, but I’m working with some old MS Paint files that from what I can tell are about 75 dpi to begin with. Is this pretty much a non-starter in terms of having them print well in a Blurb book? Any suggestions on what I should do with these files? I’m determined to print this book using the "drawings" I did on MS Paint, but am quite worried about the file resolution. Thanks!

Pretty much correct.

Unless your after that pixallated old school 8 bit look to your book design.Important They will still print… Just ignore the alerts and go for it.

Another thing you say its MS Paint, any chance you could uncrease the pictures dpi too 150-300…

Also find out if its also possible to import a file into a new "Creative Suite" application like photoshop or illustrator and increase the resolution.
