Canvas Border Around Image Not Showing Up in Booksmart
For a fine art look, I am experimenting with putting a thick white border around each image and then a thin (3px) black border around that to separate the white canvas border from the white page background. When I place the image onto a page in Booksmart and preview the book, the thin black border doesn’t show up. I tried different layouts and…nothing. Does anyone know why this would happen?

Did you create the photo with 2 borders in another program & then add it to the book as a single photo or did you try to add 2 borders directly to a photo in the book? You can only add one border to a photo in the book. If the look you want was created in another program I don’t know why it doesn’t work.

I opened the photo in Photoshop CS5 and put the two borders on it, then saved it and opened it Booksmart and placed it in the book.
