Logging in error message from Indesign plugin!!! Help urgently required.
I have completed a book in Indesign and everytime I try to log in from the indesign `creat and manage book projects’ upload page I get an error message saying “a lgin error occurred. Please try again later”? After days of creating the book this is exasperating, any help very welcome. Regards, G

Just to add to the above – I have tried logging out and in again, resetting my password and setting up a new account and I still get a logging in error message.

You might get a suggestion from the forum members but, if you haven’t already, I’d recommend asking the Blurb support team for help. Go to the Help menu above and select Customer Support, from there select the Contact Support tab. …..Tony

Hi Anthony,
This is usually related to a firewall/anti-virus on the user side that is preventing the plug-in from communicating with our servers. Try turning any such programs off and attempt to log in again.
