Empty Text boxes

I just started designing my cover and realised that there are text boxes all over it. I dont really want to put text where these boxes are and none of the templates fit the position of my text

I do not want to use the text boxes that are already there and want to just import an image from PS with the text already on it so that I can place it where I would like.

2 questions:

Will these empty text boxes show up on the final cover?

Will my PS text look awful?

No, the empty text boxes will not show up on the final cover. If you switch to Preview mode you will see how the cover will look like.

The PS text should be fine, so long as you make the image 300×300 dpi. Note that the preview image will show in lower resolution, so it may appear that the text is not the best. But when the cover is printed the 300×300dpi resolution is used.
