Can't select different cover types for selling my book

Hello,

I’m planning to list my book for sale. It was created in LR4 and uploaded/ordered with Hardcover Dusk Jacket, Large Landscape format. Now if I want to list it, there’s only one option for cover – i.e. hardcover with dusk jacket. No possibility to list it for sale with ImageWrap cover.

From what I understand, it should be possible to choose both types of hardcover for this format, whereby ImageWrap will omit my flaps and any pictures/text on them from Dust Jacket edition.

Any ideas as to why ImageWrap is not available in the “Upgrade to Pro” section? Thanks.
