Can't change cover from hard to soft
So I get the book done and uploaded. Fine. Then I notice on my order page that the book is hardcover and priced accordingly (8×10 landscape). I uncheck the hardcover box on the order page and nothing happens. I go back to Booksmart to change the cover: I click on cover type for drop down (center bottom of window) and it will not show any options other than hardcover. I’m stuck and I’m not ready for hardcover yet. Any thoughts? BTW, I found nothing in searching the Forum archives.

ceea, Actually, it looks like you’ve created a 13×11 book, not a 10×8 landscape. Our 13×11 books come in hardcover only. Hope that helps. – Kathy
