Error Messages
I am doing a Photo Book and use the Introduction template page (second row on right side). As soon as I type in any text in the heading caption line (using the default font and size), I get an error message. The only way to get rid of the error is to delete the text. Duh :) Please help. Thanks

Hello Wayne88; What size book are you creating? 8×10 Portrait? That was the only book size I could find with an Introduction page matching your description… Anyhow, I managed to add text into the title bar w/out any problem… So, what error message do you get? Or, can you put up a screen-shot? That might help… Cheers; Lee

Hi Lee, now I can’t find that page myself – but it sure was a problem page. :( Anyhow, when I come across this again, I’ll make a quick snapshot. Thx (its the 10X8 layout)

When this icon appears on a text box, it means the amount or size of the text exceeds the space provided. Or sometimes, spaces get pushed (or, just as frequently, spaces push text) beyond the border of the text box, and so the program thinks text has been cut off. You can eliminate the warning, usually, by clicking inside the text box and then pressing CTRL+A to highlight all the text and re-typing the passage over the highlighted selection. If that doesn’t work, try: Either: Reduce the amount of text until the alert no longer appears. Or: Select a page design that accommodates more text. If the warnings won’t go away and the page looks good in preview mode (if no text is missing), then you can ignore the warning and upload/order away!
