Soft proofing

Just a quick question! I have downloaded the ICC for softproofing and was wondering what I do next.

Do I just activate the ICC and view my photos in this profile in Photoshop and adjust them so that they will be synronized with the Blurb printer? Is it as easy as that?

There is already a lot of help available to you in the Forums in siftproofing, can I suggest you look foir that first then come back with any specific questions or issues of understanding. A search on softproof  would be a good start.
