Where is the photo border option?

I just updated my Booksmart program and can no longer find the "Borders" option from the pull down menu above. I really want the capability to add a border/frame to my pictures. Can anyone help me?

I have version 1.9.9 and the borders option only shows when you select a photo, it then pops up at the extreme right of the toolbar with the zoom/crop slider on it.

If you don’t see it there I’d be tempted to ask Blurb for help whilst you are waiting for other responses from forum users. Go to the Help menu at the top of this page and choose Customer Support. From there choose Technical Help.
