Using In Design Templates
I just downloaded the Indeisgn templates and noticed that there is only one spread of pages for the middle of the book, and then there is a front and a back page, How do i increase this to 40 pages? Thanks!

click on the "double page spread’ graphic in Pages Menu, "Insert Pages" option – input 2 pages and place after "3-4" should do it. (or whatever you need in incremenst of TWO, or 4 pages, 6 pages, 10 pages etc)
